Still so sore from Fridays leg day. I think I’m going to break that one into two days. My Legs Feel Tired but My Mind & Body Feel Strong!
Day 4 of clean eating and feeling good. Energy level is high and my tummy feels satisfied! Logged 24 miles in spin this morning. A mix of speed as well as strength training.
